Fischer Motorsport signs race engineer Richard Bell

Fischer Motorsport on Wednesday announced the signing of race and setup engineer Richard Bell to the team’s engineering and setup development team.

Bell,who is the brother of Fischer Motorsport driver Julian Bell, has multiple years of experience in race engineering and setup development and will already be with the team in this weekend’s IVRA Endurance Series championship round at Phillip Island in Australia.

“I am excited to join a first-class organization like Fischer Motorsport to work on race setups and tuning race cars on iRacing. It has long been my passion to tune and work on race setups to get that extra performance out of a race car and I’m looking forward to work with the team.”, Bell commented on Wednesday.

Fischer Motorsport is a German sim racing team founded in 2002 that currently competes in some of the most highly regarded racing series on iRacing such as the IVRA Endurance Series, IVRA ClubSport Series and Nürburgring Endurance Championship. The team has garnered a number of wins over the years including the 2020 iRacing 24 Hours of Daytona and 2020 iRacing 24 Hours of Le Mans
