Nelson's had his first contact to motorsports when he was six years old. He started to compete in Motocross for almost seven years.
After he decided to retire, he stayed away from motorsports for a long time until one day when - because of a bet - he bought his first steering wheel and got started in sim racing, playing F1.
But he says "Actually it was too boring for me." about that game. And so he bought his first race kart, instead.
Two years ago, in 2020, Nelson eventually returned to sim racing and he built his first rig to get a higher level of realism. Since then he constantly tries to improve the settings and so on to make it more real as his passion for sim racing continues.
